Meet & Greet
Every custom project begins with a complimentary consultation – part creative kickoff, part human connection. We take the time to understand your vision, your brand and whether we’re the right fit for one another.

Design
Ready to move forward? A $150 non-refundable deposit reserves your spot on our calendar and initiates the design phase.* You'll receive a personalized digital design deck detailing your artwork, colorways, sizing, quantities, pricing and more. Two rounds of revisions are included, because we don't sew a single stitch until everything feels just right. Final design approval kicks off production.
*Projects with multiple deliverables may require additional design fees.

Craft & Construction
Full payment is due at this stage so we can order materials and get to work crafting your banner! This is our favorite part – watching an idea leave the screen and become a tangible expression of you and your brand. Once completed, your banner is packed in a custom-painted box and shipped fully insured and tracked via UPS.
