Meet & Greet

Every custom project begins with a complimentary consultation – part creative kickoff, part human connection. We take the time to understand your vision, your brand and whether we’re the right fit for one another. Once you’re ready to move forward, a $150 non-refundable deposit reserves your place on our calendar and initiates the design phase.

Design

Fueled by 20 years as creative professionals, we know great design lives in the details. That’s why every custom project includes a personalized digital design deck outlining your banner artwork, colorways, sizing, quantities, pricing and more.* Two rounds of revisions are included because we don’t sew a single stitch until everything feels just right.

*Some projects may require an additional design fee.

Craft & Construction

Final design approval kicks off production. Full payment is due at this stage so we can order materials and get to work crafting your banner! This is the part we live for – watching an idea leave the screen and become something tangible – an authentic representation of you and your brand. Once completed, your banner is packed in a custom-painted box and shipped fully insured and tracked via UPS.
